The incident has been resolved: all monitors are running and alerts being delivered as expected. No data was lost. We are still investigating ways to prevent and/or mitigate AWS-sourced issues in the future.

We are seeing modeling runs return to normal and alerts being sent as the Amazon Web Services outage resolves. We are continuing to monitor to ensure systems function as expected. Metaplane monitors continued to fetch metadata throughout and no data has been lost.

We're investigating an issue with delayed monitor modeling runs and alerting due to an outage at our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services. We are still fetching metadata and historical data will be modeled once the issue is resolved.
