Alerts not being delivered to Slack and email

Resolved

We've resolved the issue and alerts are now being sent in Slack and email. Any tests that are still failing during the next observation will send an alert as expected. We are continuing to dig into the root cause and identify steps to ensure better guardrails and faster resolution in the future.

Investigating

We are investigating an issue where Metaplane alerts are not being delivered to Slack and email. Tests continue to run, observe metadata, and flag as passing or failing in the web app. Schema change notifications continue to be delivered to Slack.
