All systems are operational again: users can log in, tests are being run, and alerts are being sent. Users should expect alerts for any tests that are currently in a failure state, as well as rolled up schema changes for the duration of the incident period. We are continuing to uncover the root cause and will follow up with details and actions to prevent incidents like this from occurring in the future.

Update
We're acknowledging that users are unable to log into the web appliaction and that email and slack alerts are not being delivered. Tests are not running, so we expect a gap in test observations until this issue is resolved.
